  Rudest service I've ever had at a walmart. Especially from the deli department. I asked for fried chicken and the guy just laughs at me and suggest I buy frozen chicken instead. Then I ask him if he could make any and he laughs at me again and says it'll be 30 minutes. Never have I seen such entitlement from a deli worker. This is my third time I've had a bad experience with this guy in the deli section.

  Walmart is a corporation. we have all been to several. But this one in particular, is awful! I give it 0 stars. very rude service and it surprises me because it happens to be in a good location. worst walmart made. with very mean employees. never had such bad service in my life. would give it 0 stars if i could.

  Cleanest Walmart I have ever been to! Always stocked and not ghetto like most of them! One of the perks of living in Oro Valley! However, the employees are not that friendly and rarely smile during check out!

  Worst Nightmare Customer Service Experience Ever in a Walmart...Just moved to Oro Valley near this Walmart. We've shopped Walmart at Ina and La Cholla for years and loved our experiences there. Went in this morning, spent an hour and a half shopping for both personal and business needs. Spent $235.78 for personal groceries and $89.35 for business purchases. The nightmare began at checkout. Just wanted the cashier...Ginni...who was so rude...to assist by bagging bulkier items (soda, milk, detergent, potatoes)...but she just wasn't going to do it. After asking her three times, I just bagged everything myself. Even with the groceries she did bag, she was just tossing things...got home to find detergent and cleaning items in with food items, bread completely crushed because of the Progresso Soup Cans embedded in it. When I finished, I went to Customer Service to ask to speak to the Store Director or Manager. The girl behind the counter there didn't say, "how may I help you, sir?"...She just said, "Why!?" She finally called a woman named Asia who came over and while she was polite, she did nothing at all to address this situation. Some people should not be in customer service...Ginni is one of them. We won't be back, which is sad, because it is so close to our new home
